Since it's inception in 2007 by the Seattle Audubon Society (now Birds Connect Seattle), the Puget Sound Seabird Survey has collected data valuable to our understanding of the southern Salish Sea and it's importance to wildlife.
Since Autumn 2022, the Puget Sound Bird Observatory has coordinated the PSSS program and will continue this valuable community science work.
